1. Chairman received call from Dr. Gorman, /Assistant Superintend=)n''
Schools, The School Committee has hired consulting firm of
P. P. Geisser, to investigate problems on the high school roof.
The contract is with the understanding that; they will r;ainta_r, t
integrity of the roof warranty.
2. Chairman met with Charter Study Committee and pointed out the va1u
of the Municipal Building Committee in areas such as prior
knowledge of roof repairs and ability to work. with scvera.l ,,reject:
at once and integrate them. Also discussion of adding a ,enter
of the IABC to the Capital Improvements Committee.
3. From Carlisle Tire and [lubber Company - 1' year warranty check
statement. Forwarded to Dr. Gorman to be filled out and rettirnc?
to Carlisle.
4. Memo from Town Manager regarding alternative uses of Spaulding and
John Berry Schools. Tetter to Town Manager stating that John Berry
should be retained as a school building for future classroom needs
and Spaulding might be used for Recreation and School Department
storage. Both properties might be appraised for future sale in.
the event the sale price could be used to construct needed faciliti•ss
of similar value.
5. Memo from Town Manager - 82-33 budget. Request 16400 for Secr-etarial.
Psspense and 96100 for supplies.
