Meeting March 10, 1986
Present: R. Paza

Meeting called to order at 7:44. R.P. moved that previous minutes
be accepted. R.V. seconded. Voted.
Met with Steve Habeeb of Gale Engineering for presentation of
space needs at D.P.W. garage and budget extimates.
C.A. moved to accept budget estimate of $890,230.00. R.V. seconded.
it is understood that insurance compensation of approximately
$73,000.00 will be included as part of the $890,230.00. Voted
unanimous.
It was decided that Gale Engineering would make the formal presentation
on March 31, 1986 for approval prior to town meeting presentation.
C:A. seconded by R.V. to accept A.I.A. Design proposal from Design
Partnership as -reviewed by town counsel. Voted unanimous. S.M.
will sign and distribute copies.'
