The meeting was called to order at 8:30 p.m. We reviewed the
proceedure with D. Amsden as to, the land court. Ms. Amsden said
there appeared to be some heir opposition but it did not appear
to be a legal problem but it will still take some time.
S. MacCaffrie indicated that he had talked to the conservation
commission and they stated to provide them with'a drainage re-
location plan and they would view the site then render a require-
ment determination.
The committee met with the recreation commission and reviewed
the two sight layouts for their input for use of recreation
property for entrances and further access to open up the site.
We were requested by the recreation to notify them of when we
are meeting with the planning board.
The recreation commission discussed both entrance proposals at
great length but would take both studies back to the fuel committee.
The recreation committee and associates left and business was
conducted. Previous minutes were read by R. Saquet and approved
by R. Verzola.•
