Meeting called to order at 7:35 p.m.

Met with COA/Library Trustees and architect to go over project
as well as presentation for selectmen at 8:30 p.m. Discussed
numerous topics for presentation as well as the library/CA proposals
for selling the project.
Met with selectmen for project presentation. Selectmen agreed
with project and fund raising as well as requiring that the M.B.C.
consider funding the equipment required for furnishings as an
add or amendment to the article being presented at town meeting.
The M.B.C. has directed the architect to pursue the furnishing
costing and direct him to come up with the design cost prior to
December 1, 1986.
The next meeting will be held Thursday, October 16, 1986
and a meeting with the planning board will try to be scheduled
for Wednesday, October 15, 1986 at their convenience.
Meeting of M.B.C. reconviened for the purpose of approving
the minutes of meeting which were read by R. Saquet acting clerk
and voted on 2 - 0 for approval.
