October 16, 1986

Planning Board reviewed presentation and to
on project with some question on sidewalk as wel
control.
Municipal Building Committee stated that these items were
not budgeted into the projects but if the Planning Board wished
to recommend added :monies for town meeting, we would gladly accept
the added scope of work.
I Mr. Quinn of the Planning Board stated that we had to follow
the site plan guide line for site approval, several members
disagreed as well as did the Planning Director as the guide lines
were for commercial property.
The Municipal Building Committee will make whatever legal
documents which are required by the Planning Board available
for their review prior to Town Meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 9:19 p.m.
