to order at,7:30p.m.
Present: R. Saquet
S. MacCaffrie
D. Amsden
A. Salachi
R. Marshall
Absent: C. Antonuccio
R. Verzola
Robert Saquet made a motion that
in the initial estimate. Seconded by
R. Saquet amended his motion to table
by D. Amsden. Voted 5 - 0
all furnishings be included
D. Amsden. After discussion
for further review. Seconded
S. MacCaffrie would entertain a motion to expend monies for
a presentation model beyond the scope of the present contract.
Discussion both for and against. Robert Saquet motioned to have
the architect prepare a colored rendering for presentation purposes
cost not to exceed $500.00 which is beyond the scope of the original
study and budget contract. This is to be split 75/25 between
Library and C.O.A. Seconded by Alex Salachi. Voted 5 - 0
Discussion continued on the plans and cost purposes, layout
and individual costs. All members have the cost proposal and
will review for comment. It was basically decided that we could
include furnishings and millwork into the budget amount.
The chairman will notify the Conservation Comission indicating
its intent to loFa�tg the drainage ditch on the site and ask for
their comments ds�v `I as sending a floor plan to the Fire Chief
for his preliminary review and comment.
Library meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
Building Committee's minutes of October 16, 1986 and
October 23, 1986 were read and accepted. 2 - 0
Motion by R. Salachi to pay Jayne Winquist voucher for $60.00
for secretarial services. Seconded by D. Amsden. Voted 5 - 0
Building Committee meeting adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
