MINUTES OF MEETING - February 8, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M. Present were:
Steven MacCaffrie, Colin Cauldwell, Dinah Amsden, Joseph
Corliss, Frank Guardabascio, members, Also present were
Gail Farrugio, Robert Saquet and Wilson Raines.
The landscaping, plantings and new entrance design were discussed,

the use of granite curb and pres-�e�t concrete at the entrance
were also discussed. The floorlta% will be dropped to maintain
grade and lower fill costs.
The board reviewed the check requirements and the bid request
documents.
The Planning Board has requested that the grading and entrance
plan be submitted to them as soon as it is finalized.
Wilson Raines again reviewed the more defined plans again.
He noted that the exterior doors would be of Oak also the
doors off the entrance leading to the various rooms.
Cost estimates were gone over in detail with Wilson making
notes for a final figure.
An invoice for $17,000 was presented from Design Partnership
for work done to date. It was unanimously approved for payment.
Also, an invoice for $7,387.50 for the work done by both Larson
Associates and Design Partnership on the necessary conservation
commission hearing requirements. This was discussed and it was
unanimously voted to pay it out of the contingency fund. Also,
the committee wishes to thank Wilson for keeping this cost to
the very minimum.
The question of the garage was discussed and it was agreed that
it would be of wood framing with clapboard siding.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M. The meeting with the school
associates, tentatively scheduled, was cancelled.
