MacCaffrie- MBC Chairman M, 1. Meetings on site will be at the direction of the Architect and the Architect will take the notes to he distributed by the General Contractor. 2" The Contractor advised that he needed the lal relocated as well as the height of the wires to be checked for truck traffic on and off the site \ J" It is noted that Empire Masonry has not returned their con+ract.The NBC requested that they be kept informed and would assist if necessary 4. It was requested by the Architect that the sub -contractors that are working on the site be represented at the weekly meutings.Meetings with the Architect would he weekly and that the General Contracter meet with the MBC ton one evening per month 5. It was pointed out to all Present that the fees are not waived on this project and that all sub -contractors would he responsible for their permits and fees 6" It was pointed out that the mobilization areas are under the control of the General Contractor, 7" It is noted that the testing agency is American Testing fd&m Braintree and that their specific requirements would be addresed by the Architect as the work progresses 8" The MBC requested that if any parties had problems they were to be notified immediately to see that they are resolved in the best interests of the project and would attempt to be . responsive to the needs of the project so as not to impede the � Arogress of the work + � 9. It was pointed out that their may be storage space available at the Town garage( this was checked and upon proper � lotifjcation the space is available) 10" Discussion of loam and chip storage indicated that the area behind the Town Garage may be avajlab]e"This storage is at the option of the General Contractor and will be at no cost to the Town. This is to facilitate the movement of the contractor on the site"(this is approved upon proper notification of the highway dept) 11 It is indicated that site clearing will commence Monday and that the Arcitect and Landscape Architect will be on site Tuesday to review the clearing line 12 The General Contractor was advised to contact the conversation agent as he proceeded with work"
