Meeting called to order 7:30 pm
Voted to accept minutes of previous meeting 7-0
Motion to approve invoice of May from Desing Partnorship by
CA and seconded by D# for $4,500

Motion to approve invoice of June from Design Partnership
by CA seconded by CC for $4,50o

D. Amsden reported on compliance forms required and that
they are due on Fridays" MBC requested that all forms and
reports he forwarded directly to the FED Compliance

Discussion:
C,Cauldwell expressed his concern as to the job progress
for Jan 1, 1989 completion,
J. Corliss expressed same concern
W. Verzo2a wanted to know why there was no steel in the
footings. It was pointed out that this is not a code
\ requirement and the structural engineer has reviewed the
design and found it to be acceptable"
S. Garrett stated that we shoul see substant1l progress in
the next two weeks. Steve indicates that he feels
comfortable with the construction to date as far as
workmanship"
J. Ciccolo expressed concern for the progress and would
like to arrange to meet the committee on site at a
convicnt time in the future,
J. Ciccolo reviewed the window submittals and stated that
the MRC should look into low E glazing. MBC directed the

Architect to review the added cost as vs the pay back
�
period,,
Reviewed the cost breakdown schedule and noted there are
still discrepancies in the schedule as to sequence for
trade starts but the form is now acceptable. Informed MME
that the payment form should contain the same breakdown
information as the schedule with the exception of the
Filed Subs who will forward theirs individually on Pencil
Requisition.
Steve Garrett discussed the Electrical Entrance Service and
stated for saftey reasons it should be encased in
concrete, J" Corliss motioned and F. G. seconded to
provide same on T&M Basis" The work will be mon1tired by
The Clerk" Voted 7~0
Change Order 01 was discussed and motioned for approval by
JC seconded by WV for approva]. Backup to he forwarded for
record. Voted 7-0
Selected colors for brick, shinglesv trim" Patio brick to
be reviewed with G. Farugia since there is a problem with
the one selected"
