Discussion
C^ Cauldwell concerned with job safety
1). Amsden the fact thai there was a prnblem with
town inspections and indicated that St�.�ve Garrett has
talked tn the Electrjcal Inspector and Building Inspector
and has informed the contractor that all inspections will
be in accord*nce +" State Law and l"cal inspection
authorities will be notified to provide inspection and
approval even though this job is considered controlled
constructinn.

` Steve Garrett indicated that the rontractor wanted to work
in the rain but wrrkmen did no went to cnntinue. He also
expressed concern with the approval 1'.)1,"ce11i;11.-, ancl the fact
that the items that the rnmmittee had approved were not
selected for approval hy the ArchitecL an(::I there was a two
week delay in +he apprnval process.

The Clerk indicated that hc was roncerned with urn
around time for submittals. IE Trusses"
The 119C ��tructed the Architect to set raoal requirements
for su1)ill ission and approval of materials with or with out
the subill ission of the contractor. All subill ission�will be
av*ilable on or be1, 1913D Motioned by J. Corless
seconded by C. Cauldwell Voted 6-0

Steve Garrett to contact the��ater Rept with respect to the
fire and water submissions for approval..
Motion was made and seconded to send a letter to the Town
Manager with respect to the requirement for a sewage
ejector. Voted 6-0
Man issued a change proposal and it was differed to
the Archi+ecTfnr review" This was for added work due to
the survey discrepancy.
It was motioned to pay rock removal at $85 by J. Corlbss
and seconded by C. Cauldwell. C. Antonuccio amended to
$90. Amendment lost 2-3-1. Motion to pay at $85 Voted
Voted to recommend payment of Requisition #3 in the amount
of $87,O40
Voted 5-O
Meeting adjourned 9:21 pm with the next meeting scheduled
for Aug 9,1988.
