MINUTES:
Motion by J. Corliss seconded by F. Guardabascio to approve minutes of
8/23/88. voted 4-0
Steve discussed Clerks Daily Reports
Secretary to remind C. Antonuccio to go to the Town Clerks office to be
sworn in.
Motion by C. Cauldwell seconded by J. Corliss to open for discussion
July '88 invoice for $4500.00 from The Design Partnership. voted 4-0
Motioh by C. Cauldwell seconded by J. Corliss to approve July invoice for
$4500.00 from The Design Partnership. voted 4-0
Motion by J. Corliss seconded by C. Cauldwell to approve August invoice
for $4500.00 from The Design Partnership. voted 4-0
C. Cauldwell concerned with framing - feels sloppy
F. Guardabascio concerned with loose posts on site, rusting trusses on
bare ground, roof shingles already delivered to site not covered.
Motion by J. Corliss seconded by F. Guardabascio to send letter to
Building Inspector regarding concern by MBC, Representative, and Clerk on
site with faming construction and general construction practice.
MRC requests that Inspector visit site at earliest convenience. voted 4-0
F. Guardabascie questions asphalt on site. DeGirolamo will remove when he
paves.
Discussed Low E Glass for South windows
Discussion on overhead doors. J. Ciccolo from The Design Partnership
questions whether committee wants windows in doors. Committee does not
want' windows .
Discussed bricks for patio. Committee does not want iron spot bricks.

Motion by C. Cauldwell seconded by J. Corliss to accept change order for
Letter to be sent to Minute Man Engineering regarding letter of
August 10, 1988 from Design Partnership has not been totally responded
to. MBC requesting that Minute Man comply by September 27, 1988.
Motion by C. Cauldwell seconded by J. Corliss to approve bill from
American Testing for $110,030. voted 4-0
