Motion to accept minutes of last meeting 5-0
Motion to accept bill from secretary Nancy Candella F.G. C.A. 4-0
Motion by D.A. Seconded by C.0 to pay invoice of Design Partnership in the amount
of $42500 7-0
Motion by C.A. seconded by F.G. to accept the resignation of Nancy Candella
with regrets. 4-0
Reviewed Eagle glass submission of low E glass sample for south side windows.
J.C. seconded by C.C. to accept low E glass on the south side not to exceed $1,000.

Round Table:
J.0 concerned with progress on the garage
Gail Farugia indicated that the Parks is still interested in the use of one stall
of the garage as we had indicated to them in original proposal.
F.G. Concerned with the steel protruding thru the sheathing board
R.V. Concerned with the pitch on the Garage floor
•S. Garrett stated that the sewer connection as outlined in our proposal was
reviewed by Bob Flannery and approved. Motion by C.C. and seconded by D.A. to
authorize the issue of a change order in the amount of not to exceed $2,765
for this work. 7-0
It was voted to eliminate the Orange brick soldier course and use somthing
different. 7-0
Discussed hardware selections again the committee is being put into a position
of acceptance of substitution due to the contractor failure to provide approvals
in sufficient time to assess the material and approve.
Motion by D.A. seconded by C.C. to accept the invoice from MinuteMan in the
amount of $194,450. 7-0
