Minutes of meeting October 11, 1988
Present: W. Verzola, F. Guardabascio, S. MacCaffrie,
J. Corliss, C. Cauldwell, D. Amsdem
Attendees: G. Farugia, J. Ciccolo, J. Epstein
Minutes of last meeting, read and accepted 6-0
Reviewed applications for board position and will recommend
to Selectmen based on application of E. Giordano.
Discuss c concern for adequate supervision and management at the
library/GOlconstruction. The consensus of the Board is that we
are be ng put into the position of accepting what the contrac-
tors can supply, at this late date due to his inability to pro-
vide submittals in proper time sequence. Motion by J.C., second-
ed by C.C., that letter to bonding company was in order, if
things didn',t improve this next week. 6-0
Discussed papering of corners on mastic on flashing.
W.V. Questioned block work over hang of starter course. I will
question Steve in morning.
Reviewed change order #3 for $6,178.79. voted after discussion
6-0
Will be signed ,by Chairman when properly forwarded by contractor.
Reviewed color selection for interior.Preliminary approvals
for final selection.
Approved light siding color (wicker).
Discussed fascia/ detail.
Adjourned 9:45 p.m.
