Meeting called to order for the school buisness. 7:4Bpm
Contract in the amount of $923,000 was taken under
avisement for review of Town Manager and Town Counsel from
H11FH for design of new schools.

Design Partnership was advised that the correspondance was
to get out of their office more efficiently so that
parties are aware of details in less than one week.
round table concern for the following items: fire wall
construction (work has been completed) , Roof
leaks,Landscape submittals, Supervision ,Time and show up
for the job meetings, Brick pavers, Structural
connections, Pavement and drainage.Framing at entrance and
scheduling.
The discussion centerd on the connectors and it was decided
that Design Partnership would issue a clarification as to
who owns what and that Minuteman engineering would
expedite any changes and we would sort out the
responsibility and cost later.M..Russell agreed that this
would be the best option and would instruct her people of
this request.
Reviewed the bids for the furnish and install of the
millwork and agreed that a contract in the amount of
$39,900 be issued to Iaccarino Millwork as soon as
possible.
Motion by F. Guardabascio and seconded by J. Corliss to
approve a revised requisition from Minuteman Engineering
in the amount of $263,144.B9
