PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts
General Laws and the Town of Mansfield Zoning By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board
will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 7:45 p.m. in the
Planning Board's meeting room, Mansfield Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA,
regarding the application of Mansfield Parking LLC for a Special Permit under Zoning
By -Law Section 230-5.5, Special Permit and Section 230-3.5T, Parking Facility, for 194
additional parking spaces at the existing parking facility at 75 Chauncy Street [Map 21,
Parcel 331] in the Industrial 3 (I3) Zone.
The project site is owned by Mansfield Station LLC, is shown on Assessor's Plat 21,
Parcel 331 and is bounded as follows: River Street, Allen Street, Massachusetts Bay
Transportation Authority, Chauncy Street, Draper Avenue, Allen Street, Schaff,
DelGrosso, Wieckiewicz, Smith and Napolitano, Homan, DePillo, Howe Street.
Complete descriptions and plans are available at the office of the Planning Department,
located at Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA during regular business hours.
