PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts
General Laws and the Town of Mansfield Zoning By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board
will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in the
Planning Board's meeting room, Mansfield Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA,
regarding the application of Ellen Rosenfeld, Trustee of Ellen Realty Trust for a Special
Permit under Zoning By -Law Section 230-5.5, Special Permit and Section 230-3.4K,
Registered Non -Profit Medical Marijuana Dispensary, for the construction of a 6,800
square foot medical marijuana dispensary within a proposed new building with
appurtenant driveways, parking, landscaping, utilities and stormwater management
systems on an approximately 35,697 square foot parcel at [Map 8, Parcel 57] West Street
in the Planned Business District (PBD).
The project site is owned by Matthew E. Miller, Trustee of Hudson Realty Trust, is
shown on Assessor's Plat 8, Parcel 57 and is bounded as follows: West Street, Hub
Properties Tr, SNH Medical Office Prop Tr, Medline Industries Inc., LSREF4 Rebound
LLC, 600 West Street Mansfield LLC, West St Assoc LLC.

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts
General Laws and the Town of Mansfield Zoning By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board
will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 7:45 p.m. in the
Planning Board's meeting room, Mansfield Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA,
regarding the application of Mansfield Parking LLC for a Special Permit under Zoning
By -Law Section 230-5.5, Special Permit and Section 230-3.5T, Parking Facility, for 194.__;
additional parking spaces at the existing parking facility at 75 Chauncy Street;fMapg,
Parcel 3 3 1 ] in the Industrial 3 (I3) Zone.
