ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 8:45 p.m.
on the application of Jacob Bolin for a Variance from Zoning By -Law Section 230,
Schedule 4.2A, Front Yard Setback and Side Yard Setback, for the construction of a front
porch resulting in a 19.7 foot front yard setback where 30 feet is required and a 10.5 foot
side yard setback where 15 feet is required at 131 Union Street (Map 26, Parcel 69) in the
Residential 3 (R3) zone.
