ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 9:00 p.m.
on the application of Pattison Sign Group/Advanced Sign on behalf of Toyota Motor
USA, Inc. for a Variance from Section 230-4.7 D(3), Off -Site Directional Signs, of the
Zoning By -Law to allow for an 8 -square foot directional sign where a 3 -square foot sign
is allowed at 440 Forbes Boulevard (Assessor's Map 44, Parcel 620) in the Planned
Business District (PBD).
