ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 7:45 p.m.
on the application of The Green Family Irrev. Trust for a Variance from Zoning By -Law
Section 230, Schedule 4.2A, Side Yard Setback, for a deck and stairs with a 19.2 foot
rear yard setback where 25 feet is required at 15 Wagonwheel Way (Map 32, Parcel 86)
in the Residential 1 (RI) zone.
