ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 8:30 p.m.
on the application of Anna Haluch on behalf of All American Self Storage for a Variance
from Section 230-4.7 A(1), Wall Sign, of the Zoning By -Law to allow for four wall signs
larger than allowed: one 86.4 square foot wall sign facing Chauncy Street; one 100.6
square foot wall sign facing Chauncy Street; one 86.4 square foot sign facing Wood
Avenue; and one 100.6 square foot wall sign facing Wood Avenue at 50 Wood Avenue
(Assessor's Map 20, Parcel 124) in the Business 4 (134) zone.
