In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall, 6 Park Row, on Tuesday, May 24, 2016
at 8:15 p.m. on the application of Desmond and Julie Doyle for a FindingNariance from
Zoning By -Law Sections 230-3.10 and 230-7.2(4) of the Zoning By -Law for the change,
extension, alteration or reconstruction of a pre-existing, non -conforming structure for an
addition at 25 Davis Street (Assessor's Map 27, Parcel 9) in the Residential 3 (R3) zone.
