ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 8:00 p.m.
on the application of VB Realty Trust for a Variance from Zoning By -Law Section 230,
4.2A, Frontage and Lot Width, for the construction of two single-family dwellings on two
proposed lots with less than the required lot frontage and lot width, with the lots having
frontage on Jennifer Drive (Map 39, Parcel 2) in the Residential 1 (RI) zone.
