The Southeastern Regional Services Group invites bids for computer and copier paper for the
Cities of Brockton and Taunton and the Towns of Abington, Bridgewater, Canton, East
Bridgewater, Easton, Foxborough, Lakeville, Mansfield, Middleborough, Norfolk, North
Attleborough, Norton, Plainville, Raynham, Sharon, Stoughton, West Bridgewater and
Wrentham as well as for the Southeastern Regional Services Group for a one-year period
commencing July 1, 2016. A complete list of Paper items being procured is at www.sersa.ore.
Bid packages may be requested from Procurement Officer Moira Rouse at SERSG@sersg.org on
or after March 24, 2016. The 1FB will not be faxed, sent via mail or sent by expedited mail
delivery.
Sealed bids marked with the bidder's name and the designation "SERSG Bid FY 17 Paper
Supplies" on the outside envelope will be received no later than 11:00 a.m, by the clock in the
SERSG Office on April 27, 2016 at 6 Park Row, Mansfield, MA.
Individual contracts between each municipality participating in this procurement and the vendor
will be awarded to that responsible and responsive bidder who offers the lowest overall price
package for paper supplies. The Awarding Authority will be the Mayor or Board of Selectmen
of each of the cities and towns participating in this procurement.
