In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 7:45 p.m.
on the application of John C. and Carol A. Hurley for a Special Permit/Variance from
Section 230-3.10 B(2), Non -Conforming Uses; Changed, Extended or Altered, to allow
the change, extension or alteration of a pre-existing, non -conforming use at 274 Fruit
Street (Map 34, Parcel 49) in the Residential 2 (R2) Zone.

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 8:00 p.m.
on the application of Ronald and Susan Quintiliani for a Variance from Section 4.1F,
Sideyard Setback, for the construction of a new house on the footprint of the existing
house, with an attached garage with less than the required sideyard setback, at 41
