The Town of Mansfield, invites sealed bids from for the "RFB# DPW16-199 Mansfield Jordan Jackson
School Aluminum Curtain Wall Panel Replacement" in Mansfield, Massachusetts, in accordance with the
documents prepared by TBA Architects, Inc. The Town of ManSfie `,ilgv sealed bids as listed below at

The Project consists of: Replacement of existing Aluminum`. .#rtaio W*ll"iWulated infill panels on the
Jordan Jackson School.
The work is estimated to cost $50,000.
Wage rates as determined by the Mass. Commissioners of the Department of Labor and Industries apply to this
project. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is no less than five (5%) percent of
the proposal amount made payable to The Town of Mansfield. Bid deposits shall be either a certified check, bid
bond, treasurer's check or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. A Performance
Bond, Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance will be required. Bidding procedures shall be in
accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 149 Section 44A through 44J as most recently amended, and other
applicable laws.

Documents" to download bid documents, review a hard copy at Projectdog's physical location, or request a free
project CD. Bidders may obtain one full paper bid set from Projectdog for a refundable deposit of $25.00 made
payable to Projectdog in the form of certified check or money order. The full amount of the deposit will be
refunded to all responsive bidders returning the Contract Documents in good condition within ten (10) days
after date of general bid opening. Otherwise, the deposit will become the property of Projectdog, Inc. It is the
sole responsibility of the contractor, subcontractor, vendor, individual and/or corporation to review all
ADDENDA prior to bid opening at www.Projectdog.com or at Projectdog's physical location. Questions

The Town of Mansfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or portion
thereof deemed by them to be in the best interest of the Town. Bidders are reminded that the Town Officials
