The Town of Mansfield will receive sealed bids for "RFB# DPW16-77 Tri -annual
revaluation for fiscal year 2017" at the DPW Office until 10:OOAM on February 17,
2016 at which time they shall be opened and read aloud.
All bids shall be in sealed envelopes with the words and bid number "RFB#
DPW16-77 Tri -annual revaluation for fiscal year 2017" on the front of the
envelope.
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Mansfield DPW Office, Six Park
Row, Mansfield, MA after 10:00 AM on February 01, 2016. All plans and
specifications shall be picked up in person or interested parties can make
arrangements with a pickup/delivery company. No specifications are available via
email.
All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is no less than five
(51/o) percent of the proposal amount made payable to The Town of Mansfield. Bid
deposits shall be a certified check, bid bond, treasurer's check or cashier's check
issued by a responsible bank or nest company. A Performance Bond, and
Certificate of Insurance will be required.
The Town of Mansfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to
accept any bid or portion thereof deemed by them to be in the best interest of the
Town. Bidders are reminded that the Town Officials other than those listed above
neither individually nor collectively are to be contacted, nor will they discuss any bids
prior to the scheduled opening. Prior questions or concerns about the bid should be
presented to Michael Ahern.
