Treasurer's report. The treasurer's report was reviewed and approved. The board voted
to transfer $620.84 dividend income from Fidelity to the board's operating account for future

Librarian's reports. The librarians' reports were reviewed and approved.
OLD BUSINESS
Director's annual review. The board compared the director's accomplishments to the
previously agreed goals and concluded that those goals had been substantially accomplished.
NEW BUSINESS
Fine -free period. The board approved an extended fine -free period through November 12
based on the effects of the parking lot reconfiguration and construction.
Holiday hours. The board approved closing the library on December 24 and 31.
Next meeting. December 3, 2016. The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
