Meeting Minutes
Directors Present: Debra Tatum, Randy Waters, Dave Luca, Connie Baynes, and Lou
Amoruso
Meeting opened at 6:00 PM
General Business
Introductions: Board member Tatum introduced herself and the board gave their backgrounds and
length of time on the MHC. The board provided board member Tatum with a history of the MHC,
progress made to date, possible projects researched and long term goals.
Treasurer's report: Member Baynes reported that $180,000 came into the MHC due to a new
development (Lincoln Place). As of the end of September, the MHC has $495,604.23. (Motion to
accept report by Luca, accepted 5-0).
A $500 bill was received from Dave Doucette, CPA. (Motion to approve payment by Luca,
accepted 5-0)
2012 and 2013 Secretary of State corporate filings need to be submitted, (Motion for 2012 report
made by Luca, accepted 5-0) (Motion for 2013 report made by Amoruso, accepted 5-0)
Old Business: The members discussed the option of purchasing land with the intention of
donating it to a nonprofit so they might build on it (such as Habitat for Humanity).
New Business: Member Baynes would like the MHC to contact the town and express our interest
in moving forward with the lot identified earlier in 2014.
