Meeting Minutes
Directors Present: Randy Waters, Dave Luca, Connie Baynes, and Lou Amoruso
Meeting opened at 6:42PM
General Business
Introductions: Board member Waters Introduced himself and the board gave their backgrounds
and length of time on the MHC. The board provided board member Waters with a history of the
MHC, progress made to date, possible projects researched and long term goals.
New Business: Members Amoruso and Baynes met with the town manager to discuss a potential
lot MHC can acquire from the town. The lot has a house that needs to be tom down. A town
meeting vote is likely not needed. Provisions could be made that designates the lot as affordable
housing. Bid anticipated in April
Treasurer's report: Board member/Treasurer Baynes presented the report. The.VHC h&
$279,054.87 and earned $726.04 in interest. Taxes will be filed in May.
