Meeting Minutes
Directors Present: Marilyn Lewis, Debra Tatum, Randy Waters, Dave Luca, Connie Baynes,
and Lou Amoruso
Meeting opened at 6:32 PM
Reoroanization
Board member Amoruso asked for nominations for Chair. Member Lewis asked each member for
their backrounds. Each member gave a brief description of their background and time on the
MHC. Member Lewis nominated Member Waters for MHC Chair (accepted 6-0).
Member Waters made a call for nominations for other positions. Member Baynes nominated
Member Lewis for Co -Chair (accepted 6-0). Member Luca nominated Member Baynes for
Treasurer (accepted 6-0). Member Baynes nominated Member Luca for Secretary (accepted 6-0).
Treasurer's report: Member Baynes presented the report. Member Amoruso moved to accept
(accepted 6-0).
Member Baynes will request a format that includes identification of expenses and income for the
accounting reports from the town.
Minutes: No minutes were available for review. Member Luca will provide them for the next
meeting.
Annual filings: Member Amoruso motioned to have Dave Doucette, CPA file the MHC annual
report (accepted 6-0).
Strategies: Member Amoruso spoke with the town manager. The town's lawyer has not finished
legal work on the parcel the MHC is interested in, due to issues with an unrelated property.
