Meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM in the MBC room, third floor, Town Hall.

The following minutes were also approved in an attempt to catch up with minutes that were not yet
approved and/or approved but never turned in to the clerk's office:
For 2011: Mar, 22, May 10, June 21, Sept. 20, Oct.
For 2012: Jan. 24, Mar 13, June 19, Oct. 3, Nov. 29
For 2013: Jan 16, May 30, July 11, Aug 15, Nov. 21

All member present voted where possible as attendees to approve (and/or reapprove) the minutes.
Next, a nomination was made by Connie to elect Lou as secretary and resident agent. The motion
passed unanimously.
Discussion of the need for new members ensued.
Connie also led the discussion into our need to partner with groups that do the same sort of thing we are
trying To do to increase our numbers and influence. She also noted that Shawn Burke has a housing
report that needs to be done soon. She noted that we also are expected to appear at a BoS meeting
to talk about what we have been and are doing and planning to do. The exact date is not known as of
the meeting. Marilyn and Randy agreed to prepare and script our presentation.
In a brief discussion of the Jak'es Way property discussed previously, we are now being told that the lot
that has just been built on did not need to be held as affordable because 6 units were already provided
as affordables.
We are waiting for insurance quotes on dierctors' liabiity insurance.
Guests are to be invited to the next meeting on Jan. 13: Jed Cornock
from SRPEDD at 7 PM sharp and John Welsh regarding the golf grounds construction at 8 PM.
