Approve Minutes
Motion: To approve the minutes from July, 2015.
Dogs
• Jeff has a behaviorist scheduled to come on Friday to evaluate Buddy Boy, Katy, and
Sampson. The approved applicants for Buddy Boy said they will accept the decision of
the behaviorist.
• Jeff repeated that David Aristide's case has been postponed until December. Jeff is
willing to have Aristide's adult dogs fostered, if appropriate homes become available.
Kittens
A large number of kittens, about 3 5 weeks old, are living in the back yard of a Taunton
resident who has connections with the shelter. Lori and Bridget will visit the location to
evaluate the kittens' sociability, age, and health. Lori will look into getting volunteers to
foster as many kittens as we can help.

Veterinary
Fudge Bar, a new stray, has a discolored left eye that looks as though it could be spotted
with old blood. Erika said it could probably wait until the vet visit for vaccinations.
Jeff reported that Sassafras, who escaped from a carrier when returning from a vet visit, has
been found. She was adopted by a worker at the group home on North Main Street, which is
where she was found.
