The meeting opened at 6:30 pm at the Mansfield Town Hall
Chris Paquin announced Julie Hunter will abstain from any input due to her new job.
Going over questions to be asked at interviews
Interview office and support staff and get their ideas and input
Examples of prior projects
Ask specific questions during interviews. Ask on the spot and see how they answer.
CM at risk great question, pros and cons in delivery method. Should we go that route with this
project??
Level of involvement in past projects of concern.
Be opinionated and ask hard questions.
The company needs to understand they work for us and work with us.
What are the pros and cons of each method?
Who has experience building two different buildings on the same site?
What is their position in staging this? Initial thoughts on which way to build both buldings?
Site across the street could be a parking area for trucks, etc.
Motion To adjourn at 7:00pm; (Paquin/Young) all in favor; unanimous.
Copies of approved invoices can be found in the MBC meeting room file cabinet.
