The meeting opened at 6:47pm at the Mansfield Town Hall
General discussion about information and how it is goirre to work alone

Firm #1 appears to be responsive.
Planning stages, Neal Boldrighini would like to have MBC in on that process. He thinks this
process can be quicker, : Can do police and fire in the same room? Mike will be attending all
meetings. Mike will do'a flow chart to get everything organized.
Website for project:
The architectural firm will keep up with site. Time lapse of stages. Also on town website as
well.
Future MBC meetings: considering moving meeting time to 7pm. General discussion about
availability on room space. Lisa ---Check rooms for Tues, Wed and Thursday nights. Thursday
night is preference in large meeting room. Would like to have a special Saturday meeting for
committee—Chris Paquin will send me info on this.
Meeting Monday, November 16 @ 7pm for negotiations. Leave recorder for meeting? Post?
Pay Requisitions/reviews/correspondence
Architects will be approving to MBC board. Reviewing every month on progress.
Design: ask for schedule of values on their work. Site survey is going very well. 98% of actual
field work done; most dig safe stuff is done.
Chris read memo from Frank Archer representing the police. Frank agrees with board on all
agenda items.
Meeting adjourned 7:15pm; (Paquin/Barry) all in favor; unanimous
