The meeting opened at 6:58pm at the Mansfield Town Hall
Joe Milani and Gregg Joynt speaking about the interior design:
Had a meeting yesterday and went over design finishes and everyone agreed on recommendations in the
sub -committee. All finishes were picked in discussion with Mike. Highly durable and easily maintained
materials. LBT Tile discussed, luxury tile, has additional wear and tear for high traffic areas, no waxing,
only mopped or floor scrubber. 10, year warranty on tile. General discussion about door color and wood
work color.
Public Safety building: lamenent system on walls. Bring in pattern from outside of building.
Fire and police are very happy with design.
General discussion about tile in bathrooms,
BB: what is the plan for the big apparatus bay? Concrete and paint
Motion to accept the design recommendation (Barry/Epstein); all in favor; unanimous
Mike is going over Memorandum discussing fees and services.
Looked at raising elevations but they were too drastic. Pre -Survey work needs to be done at neighboring
houses. Blasting company will come in and drill. Rock is going to Lopes and giving us money for it.
Furniture costs: $123,000.00, Evan asking do we need that much?
Neal: what are we talking about? Chairs and tables only no technology included in this
Evan: asking Mike if that figure is short and Mike is not sure.
General discussion about estimates.
The estimates are within the number they talked about.
(- Going out to estimator first week of August.
Lee: Presentation of BOS, August would be better timing. Mike: Go through site plan, have to go to
Planning Board in July then Conservation by end of July. Go through BOS last. Still discussing order

of presentations. Mike Ahern will ask Jess Aptowitz and Bill Ross what they want to happen. Settle on
a date.

Joe M: Wants sign in front of building with a message underneath, wiring in building will control sign.
