1. Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. In attendance: Greg Matoian
Glenn Nirenberg
Andrew Bank
( Nancy Hinote (Non-voting)
3. Approve and sign weekly abatements and motor vehicle warrants for 1998, 1999,
and 2001 as requested by Tax Collector.
4. Review and sign warrants to collect outstanding personal property taxes from
2011 and 2012 as requested by Tax Collector.
S. Review and sign Clause 41A tax deferral, 341 Pratt Street.
6. Review and sign 5 Clause 22D exemptions approved.
7. Next meeting scheduled for December 14, 2016
8. Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
