1. Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m.
2. In attendance: Andrew Bank
Greg Matoian
Nancy Hinote (Non-voting)
3. Re -organization of the Board due to vacancy created by Clerk of the Board,
Andrew Bank is now Clerk of the Board.
4. Approved and signed weekly abatements, motor vehicle warrants for 1988,
1989, 2009 & 2010 as requested by Treasurer/Collector.
5. Meeting with William Joyce, 54 Old Farm Road, denied request.
6. Approved and signed ATB settlement, FV 2010, 20 Cabot B.vd.
7. Matters filed after the agenda was posted, 2017 abatement #1, data correction,
952 West Street, abatement approved and signed.
B. Next meeting scheduled forJanuary 25, 2017.
9. Meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
