'hairman Aptowitz called the meeting to order at 7:00p.m. The Chairman remtj

being broadcast live and taped for future broadcast on Mansfield Cable.
Dana Hourigan, 15 Evans Circle, will be recording the meeting.
Ed Valanzola, Counsel for Branch Street Solar Partners, Joe Lynch, Principal, Branch Street Solar Partners and
Rod Hoffman,, Town Counsel are present before the Commission.
Mr. Ross noted that the Commission has received, via email, the Purchase Power Agreement for review prior to
this evening's meeting.
Both Mr. Dentino and Mr. Annino noted they had read through the Agreement and are quite happy with it. Mr.
DelVecchio would like to clarify that the pricing per kwH is the same or close to what was previously discussed to
which -Mr. Ross noted it is.
Motion: To approve the Purchase Power Agreement and authorize the Town Manager to execute the Agreement
on behalf of the Town (DelVecchio/Annino) PASSES 4:1 A-otowitz NAY
Robert Camp, 14 Lincoln Road, asked if there would be a time for questions with regards to the Development
Agreement to which Chairman Aptowitz noted the Development Agreement would be considered during the
Board of Selectmen meeting (immediately following this meetinia).
Mr. Dentino asked where the Light Department stands with regards to pricing in comparison to National Grid and
other suppliers as he referenced that National Grid recently raised its rates. Mr. Ross felt MMED to be
significantly below National- Gr.d ' and reminded they had a large increase last winter as well. He noted that the
last comparison provided to the Commission had MMED as the lowest in terms of pricing.
Chairman Aptowitz commentedthatthe Department did a great job with lighting for the holidays and asked if
there were any plans for lighting of the North Common. Mr. Ross noted there are plans for minimal lighting.
It was noted by Chairman Aptowitz that he has invited Gary Babin back at the next meeting to present a
-oroclamation.

Motion: To adjourn the Board of Selectmen meeting at 7:20PM (Annino/DelVecchio) PASSES 5:0
