Kimberly Stoyle, Accounting Officer, Light Dept.
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:30PM followed by the
pledge of allegiance.
MOTION: To approve the minutes of the Feb 7,2000
meeting.
(RobinsonIRoyle) All in favor. Passes 5-0
2. Questions and Comments - None

R.F. Gouley Report
R.F. Gouley received a letter stating because of time restraints
the program would no longer be presented. This Electrical
Safety Program has been provided to grades Kindergarten
through grade 5 for the last 6 years.
MOTION: To.send letter to the School Committee asking
for explanation as to why they canceled program and to
encourage them to reconsider the program.
(RoyleIRobinson) All in favor. Passes 5-0
4. 495 Conduit to Supply Additional Electrical Capacity to
Industrial Park
Upgrading cable into West St. - Overhead line across 495-
double circuit. Permit is now with State - Expect to get
permission from State within a week or two. Mr. Beliveau
stated the line will be completed as soon as he gets permit.
5. Rate Study - Status Update
Mr. Beliveau handed out a draft of the Seasonal Rate
Program. Which would effect any business that consumed
75% of their electrical needs in a 4 month period. The report
will be reviewed by members and discussed at a later date.

Electrical SupplylEnd of Feeder to Great Waves
Mr. Beliveau stated we would not be able to meet the need this
summer. Due to line construction and sub station capacity issues we
can not take on an additional load.

7. Status of Equipment - Capital Plan for Light Department
Mr. Beliveau handed out a list of Capital items needed for this year.
Triple wheel cable trailer
Utility trailer for URD equipment
Upgrade of meter test board
Pickup trucks - 3 Meter trucks (to replace 3 existing trucks)
Mr. Beliveau will update board at next meeting with info on whole
fleet.
8. Street Light Update
Review of street lights will be completed within the next 3 weeks
Survey with DPW of improper signs on poles was completed a week
ago
Mr. Beliveau was requested to mention in his newsletter about
members need to call in street lights that are out.

9. Projection for 2000
A Projection for 2000 was handed out by Mr. Beliveau.
10. Financial Report
January Financial Report was handed out to members
Mr. D' Agostino asked that a page be added showing savings. Audit
will be f"mished by March 31.
11. New Business
Date of next meeting: Monday, April 3, 2000 7:30pm
12. Adjournment 9:00PM
MOTION: To enter into Executive Session for the purpose of
discussing pending litigation and return to open session for the sole
purpose of adjournment.
