The festival was previously held in Natick, where 1 license was issued for all the private food vendors. r The vendors will be using the school's kitchen and Scott feels each vendor should have a separate license and be certified by ServSafe. Other options: the festival could also have someone from the school, already certified, be in the kitchen thoughout the event (the group would be responsible for paying the school employee); the NEFA could hire a certified vendor, one not employed by the Town of Mansfield. The certified vendor would be required to remain in the kitchen throughout the event. Scott will have to be there for the set up and retum on the days the festival runs for inspections. The Board agreed with Scott: each vendor should be certified by ServSafe and individually licensed. Scott will notify each vendor. d.
