3. Communications
a. HealthCare Options March nursing reports. HealthCare Options bill for nursing
services for April.
4. Health Agent's Report
a. ICS 200 Training: All Dept. Managers attended two day Federal emergency training
b. Household Hazardous Waste Day: Open full day without running out of funds
c. Fire and Police EDS meeting: Regional preparedness meeting being planned
d. Septic system repair and recovery, new technology: White Knight is a low volume tank
aeration treatment of bio-mat. Will need to add regulation defining protocol to protect town
from liability issues that may arise.
e. 499 Steams Ave: Located near Hercules landfill, potable well showing signs of contamination,
possible hookup to Easton's water needed.
f. Update of Avian flu info, movie being shown on TV.

a. Conduct another tobacco control compliance check in June.
b. Visit sewer treatment plant in the fall.
c. June tour of water treatment plant.
d. No July meeting unless necessary.
