Steve Nelson of Sturdy Memorial Hospital for the Mansfield Health Center was present.
He told the Commission the project has been completed under an Order of Conditions
issued on August 2,2005. An As-Built Plan, dated October 27,2006, with a revision
date of December 4,2006, has been submitted.
Michele told the Commission everything is fine and according to the plan. The plan was
also reviewed by the Engineering Department. In a letter dated December 12, 2006, the
Engineering Department stated the revised drawings have satisfactorily addressed all
concerns.

,- Colin told Mr. Nelson to remove the silt fencing. He can leave the hay bales.
Paul suggested a vegetation maintenance plan for cutting the trees/growth be submitted to
eliminate visibility problems.
Paul made the motion to accept the As-Built for 200 Copeland Drive and to issue a
Certificate of Compliance.
Ben seconded.

Colin asked Michele to follow up on Shaun Kelly of20 Carol Road.
