These minutes were prepared by Greg Arnold. The meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m.
Matters Discussed and/or Voted On
A general discussion was had to recap the items discussed at the prior meeting.
Chairman Gazzola lead a discussion about the manner in which the Finance Committee planned
to manage the upcoming budget process, with key dates and timeIine being discussed. Key
r drivers in the process included the 5-Year Forecast; Union Contracts; and Budget Cycle timing,
all of which were discussed.
The Finance Committee agreed to seek some time before the Selectmen at an upcoming meeting
to discuss these issues with them and went over various means of presenting the information.
The Meeting closed at approximately 8:50 p.m.
