These minutes were prepared by Greg Arnold. The meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m.
Matters Discussed and/or Voted On

The Finance Committee further refined its proposed methodology for proposing a balanced
budget based on the projected revenue increases and holding certain 'fixed' costs at known
levels.
Chairman Gazzola reported that he anticipated receiving the School Department's historical
FTEs on staffing by Friday.
Charlene Lavin provided a brief update on the Consolidation Committee.
The Meeting closed at approximately 8:30 p.m.
