These minutes were prepared by Greg Arnold. The meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m.
Matters Discussed and/or Voted On

The Finance Committee discussed the current state ofthe budget, noting that no significant cuts
had yet been made. Further discussion was had on a methodology by which the cuts could be
proposed in an equitable fashion and a proposed model was designed, to be presented to the
Selectmen at an upcoming meeting.
The Meeting closed at approximately 8:30 p.m.
