Ferrara shall be eligible to take the next open competitive examination for appointment to the position of firefighter and, provided she meets all other requirements, shall be eligible for certification and appointment to the Mansfield Fire Department in accordance with Chapter 31, Civil Service Rules and Regulations, or take any action in relation thereto.
