*We have been allocated $4530 by the state, and $2640 from the town of Mansfield for this
year's grant cycle.
*Grant applications are due by October 15, 2007. Julie will send a press release to the Mansfield
News and the Sun Chronicle informing the public, and asking for new members.
*Received and processed the following reimbursements:
SMARTS (Summer Winds)- $300
Uncommon Theatre (Fiddler on the Roof)- $400
Uncommon Theatre (To Kill a Mockingbird)- $400
Uncommon Theatre (Young Performers) - $400
Mansfield Library (Spoon Man)- $200
Mansfield Library (Rumpelstiltskin) - $140
Mass Audobon Society Oak Knoll (earth day)- $100
Ncponset Chorale Society- $100
SMARTS (Touring Art Exhibit)- $50
Mansfield Library (Toe Jain Puppet Band)- $200
*Scott propped setting up a table at the Southeast Mass Art Festival on South Common on
September 29 and 30. There will be information on applying for grants and asking for
volunteers.
*Next meeting will be on October 24, 2007 at Town Hall.
