The following is a brief summary of discussions:
1. Approve Previous Meeting Minutes
Minutes from 4 -8 -13: Requested that comments be emailed to David
Young
2. Effluent Recharge Site
• Status of Reilly Property — Finally closed on property.
3. Community Updates
• Norton — 160,000 gpd
• Foxborough - 175,000 gpd
• Mansfield - 575,000 gpd
o Mansfield waiting to talk to Easton to see if they want additional flow;
prying to stay with 1 million gallon expansion.
4. Discuss Updated Cost Distributed 3 -4 -13 & 4 -8 -13
• Review costs of land for $500,000.
• Luke Grant asked for GIS map showing treatment facility properties and
interceptor for when it becomes part of the District.
5. Finalize Comments on 9 -7 -12 Draft Regional District Agreement
• Roger — Update with comments so legal can complete review. Discussion about
getting together as a working group.
6. Schedule to Finalize Agreement for Signatures
7. Other
• Talk to Jay about a positive press release.
