ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 7:30
p.m. on the application of Robert and Mary Lou Brennan for a Variance from Sections
1.5.17a, Lot Width and 4.2.1, Lot Area and Lot Frontage, of the Zoning By -Law to allow
for the creation of a lot with less than the required lot width, lot area and lot frontage at
65 Samoset Avenue (Assessor's Map 24, Parcels 148 and 355) in the Residential 3 (R3)
zone.
