Public Safety/DPW Facility
o Discussion of Public Safety project information flow, hierarchy and day today involvement.
Discussion of receiving/distributing job specific information. Voting on issues /matters concerning a
particular segment of the project: Police, Fire or DPW. Frequency of meetings; combined or separate
specifically for this project.
o Discussion of the town creating a page /website for the project and use of a time lapse camera to
show progress. Discuss need to create site, add link to the town website and upload information as
job progresses.
o Discussion of future MBC meetings: possible day /time change to better suit members schedules
o Discussion of Public Safety future pay requisitions /reviews /correspondence
